I suppose I could do the effort of posting something other than pictures on this blog. Haha. I’ve been thinking to post a certain topic that is solely for the people that are going to read this but I thought maybe some other time would do.
Life has been pretty great as of late, although bad days can’t be avoided, but it’s nothing I can’t handle. Thankfully, the instructors at our university are finally showing up and giving formal school requirements, which indeed is a good thing. I would be bored to tears without anything productive to do.
My life views have also been changing with all this information I always collect in my brain by means of watching TED all the time on YouTube. It’s not that I’m trying to be smart, it’s just that I’ve always been fascinated with the sciences ever since I was a little boy. Particularly the sciences that have anything to do with animals like Biology and Paleontology. But now that I’ve grown outside these sciences, almost anything captures my interest, for instance; cosmology, neuroscience, psychology, physics, religion, history, photography, journalism or any form of art, science and literature.
My head already has so much information I don’t even use in day to day life, heck, I don’t even use it in my college major. Architecture is a very broad field on it’s own but it is still under the sciences even though most people deem it as art, it also resonates with the diverse histories of the cultures from which it’s designs and plans came about.
The great thing about being an architect or an architecture student is that, you totally can be anything. There’s such a wide array of possibilities of what you can be being an artist, a scientist and a historian all at the same time. And I’m not trying to stress myself by doing it all, trying new things just keeps me enthusiastic about life and seeing the world with brand new eyes stirs up my spirit in ways I could never experience if I had always chained myself in a rut.
I try all sorts of things like eating something I don’t know at an eatery, talking to a stranger or a person I have no interest in, sleeping somewhere else, writing with my left hand, taking a different route to reach the same destination, playing a new game, listening to random songs and just now pressing words to post other than pressing photos on a blog for the first time in 2014 but the list goes on and on.
Darn, my stomach is craving for food. 10:27 pm POST POST POST #ALP
